Work – is it a place or is it something you do? To us at NIRA, the answer is obvious. So obvious that we let you choose for yourself where and when you work. That means no more nine to five (unless that’s what you prefer, of course). You decide.

Sometimes you’ve just got to get out of the office for a while. You know, to gain a new perspective from, say, the slopes of Chamonix. Other times you just want some new inspiration, from the thought-leaders in San Francisco for instance, while contemplating the future of self-driving cars. And at NIRA, we’re happy to oblige – which is why every other kickoff is somewhere abroad. What’s more, when developing NIRA’s long-term strategy, we include the whole company and we do it off-site to really open up our minds.
In addition, our esteemed “Get together-committee” never seems to run out of ideas. From speedway races to kayaking and game events, there’s always something fun happening at NIRA. Oh, and did we mention our summer parties and X-mas parties, where we like to bring our families too? Epic.
